Will you bid above my limit?
No. You set the ceiling before the auction, and we bid within it on your behalf.
Is a successful negotiation or purchase guaranteed?
No — negotiation and auction outcomes depend on the vendor and other bidders, not just on us. We represent your interests, but we can’t guarantee the result.
How is the fee split?
30% ($357 + GST) when you engage us, and the remaining 70% ($833 + GST) when the purchase completes.
